Community Training
Cumberland Goodwill EMS, in an effort to promote a healthier community, is now offering various emergency response training to the community. Cumberland Goodwill will come to your facility and train your personnel and members in how to respond and care for the most basic emergency to the most severe life threatening situation. Our instructors are certified emergency medical technicians who know first hand how to handle all types of emergencies.
We offer classes in basic and advanced first aid, CPR, Bloodborne pathogens, Department of Health first responder and emergency medical technician. Our instructors are accredited from the Harrisburg Area Community College, American Heart Association, and the American Health and Safety Institute. Since Cumberland Goodwill is a non-profit organization you can be assured that we are dedicated to providing all training to the community at the most reasonable cost.
Not only does Cumberland Goodwill provide emergency training, we also help set up emergency response plans to include Automated External Defibrillator programs, first aid kits, and bloodborne pathogen kits. We will come out and conduct a complimentary site survey and advise you on the best possible emergency response plan for your business and budget.
